Fees are quoted and charged in EUROS.
Registration is required for all participants. When registration is completed and fully paid, each participant receives a confirmation by email.
Student registrations will need to submit proof of student status.
OpenInfra Summit 2025 Full event registration includes:
- All presentations
- All workshops (space is limited, separate RSVP will be required)
- OpenInfra Expo Hall
- Coffee breaks and lunch
PAYMENT
By credit card ONLY (secure payment system) – Visa & Mastercard are accepted.
TICKET TRANSFERS AND REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be made via email to Registration Management. Registration fees can be transferred to someone else. All transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to Registration Management.
Refunds and ticket transfers will be processed until October 15, 2025, at 11:59 PT.
VISA INVITATION LETTER
You must be fully registered and have paid the relevant registration fee to obtain an invitation letter.
You can apply when registering.
We are not able to provide a letter if you have not registered. No exceptions.
BADGE POLICY
Access to all OpenInfra Summit activities will be granted exclusively to attendees wearing their badges. Keeping track of your badge is crucial as it ensures a seamless experience throughout the event. Please ensure you have your badge with you at all times.
